We're St. Augustine locals, and absolutely love this community. We both volunteer our time coaching and serving as commissioners at Creeks Softball Association and the Julington Creek Baseball club.

Yes, however, there are some rules and guidelines to be aware of. First, you'll need to determine whether or not you have the right zoning for short-term rental if you are in the City of St. Augustine. You will need to submit a Short-Term Rental Application with St. John's County or City of St. Augustine. You will also need a Local Business Tax Receipt, Copy of Florida Dept. of Revenue Certificate of Sales and Use Tax, Copy of Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation License. Exemptions apply if the dwelling is occupied on a full-time basis and declared as a homestead. The rental application is to be renewed every 12 months.
