Hi, we're Metro and Valerie, owners of Grand Welcome St. Augustine, a full-service, boutique-style vacation rental management company, focused on serving our local Florida beach community with one-on-one, personalized Airbnb and Vrbo property management.

About Me
Hi, we're Metrovelle and Valerie Denmark, owners of Grand Welcome St. Augustine, a full-service short-term rental property management company.
We're St. Augustine locals, and absolutely love this community. We both volunteer our time coaching and serving as commissioners at Creeks Softball Association and the Julington Creek Baseball club.
We're passionate about managing short term rentals and dedicated to providing homeowners with the same exceptional service and care that we'd want for our own home.
Our goal is to take care of everything for you, so that you can spend time doing what is important to you.
What We Love About St. Augustine
When we're not working you can find us on one of our many beaches, eating crusted grouper at Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille, grabbing ice cream on St. George St., or fishing on the inlet. We are truly lucky to call St. Augustine home and cannot wait to share this experience!
